hey man,

you can use a wrench, but it is a pain in the ass. Trust me. I've done it. Also the fuses are 20 amp. There are two of them in a white plastic case on the right side of the seat. It is mounted to the frame. Don't worry it ain't bolted or screwed on or anything. It has a rubber ring or something like that. It slides onto a piece of metal. You can't miss it.
